At GOSwimming we know that our best way to reach new swimmers is through the word of mouth from our current clients. For this reason we like to reward any of our clients that refer someone to GOSwimming with a FREE lesson on us! *Referall must purchase a 4 or 8 lesson package.
After finalizing your lesson date and time, we'll send you a profile of your instructor, complete with interesting facts and photo. This way, you'll easily recognize your instructor when they arrive at your house on the day of the lesson. Should there be any changes in instructors, we'll promptly notify you via email along with their updated profile.
For each level, we offer a set of 3 swimming skills and 2 safety skills. Once a swimmer demonstrates proficiency in one of the skills, they will receive a ribbon. Upon mastering all skills at that level, they will be awarded a certificate. Additionally, we'll share analysis videos of the swimmers with the parents, allowing them to visually track their progress.
You're welcome to cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours notice at no additional cost! Our team will assist you in rescheduling for another time. However, if you cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours notice, a $20 cancellation fee will apply, and we'll still help you find an alternate time.
All lessons purchased are final sale, but they do not expire. If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll make every effort to resolve them to your satisfaction.
In the event of inclement weather, you can cancel the lesson as usual. However, if our team at GOSwimming determines that the weather poses a potential safety risk, we will cancel the lesson and credit the missed time back to your account.
Yes, at GOSwimming we understand that certain swimmers will do better with either male or female instructors. If you would like to request a specific instructor, please put it on your registration form or email us!
